Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after production. International orders may take 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide, completely free of charge.
Where are orders produced?
90% of all orders are produced locally close to the delivery address, which means faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.
Products & Quality
What paper quality do you use?
All prints are produced on 200gsm FSC-certified fine art paper with a matte, non-reflective surface. This ensures sharp detail, rich colour depth and long-lasting quality.
Do the colours look exactly like on screen?
Screens display colours differently depending on brightness and calibration settings. We optimise every file for print, but slight variations between screen and print are normal and expected. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Are frames included?
Frames are not included unless explicitly stated. Our posters are designed to fit standard frame sizes available at most home stores.
Sizes & Formats
What sizes are available?
We offer three standard sizes: 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm and 70×100 cm. All sizes use the same aspect ratio, so they fit standard frames.
How do I choose the right size?
As a general guide:
- 30×40 cm – ideal for smaller walls, desks or as part of a gallery wall
- 50×70 cm – the most popular size, works well as a standalone piece
- 70×100 cm – perfect as a statement piece on larger walls
Do you offer custom sizes?
Currently we only offer our three standard sizes. If you need a specific size, feel free to contact us at hello@auralisstudio.shop
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage to hello@auralisstudio.shop and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I return my order?
Since all posters are individually produced on demand, we generally don't accept returns for personal preference. However, if there's a quality issue or mistake on our end, we'll always make it right.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First check your tracking link (sent via email after shipment). If your order hasn't arrived after the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@auralisstudio.shop and we'll investigate immediately.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since production starts quickly after ordering, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window. Contact us immediately at hello@auralisstudio.shop and we'll do our best.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes — you receive an order confirmation by email. As a small business under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge or display VAT.
